Cases were initiated in Greene County magistrate court during the week ending Dec. 20 as follows: San Thin Gonzalez of Des Moines, trespass (casino self-exclusion); Chuen Nan of Des Moines, trespass (casino self-exclusion); Kelsey Diane Jean Reed of Jefferson, criminal mischief- fifth degree, interference with official acts, and disorderly conduct; Daryn Joseph Mallory of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Richard Lee Norton Jr of Panora, interference with official acts; Seth Michael Butler of Scranton, disorderly conduct and public intoxication; and Daniel Joseph Tasler of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Vania Marie McIntire of Boone has been charged with theft- fifth degree. The warrant was issued Aug. 2 and returned Dec. 5.
